|We offer you a simple booking service through the internet, you may not know about us yet, but we try to improve
with every bit of feedback we get from you. We try to fix any problems there may be, arrange your transfers, cruises,
adventure treks, car hire,
wedding etc. for you
to have minimum fuss and maximum 'holiday time'.
We act upon your feedback and are happy to
publish it 'warts and all' eeek! We are not a member of ABTA AOL PQR or RIP. We deal with several travel agencies.
We are a paid up member of Netcheck.
We do believe in and strive for an ethical world !
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
|Have a great holiday in Cyprus. We will do
our best to make sure that you do.
Please approach us at the first sign of trouble, not just
send us a note when you get home. If you have a camera, use it. If you
don't, call us, we do.
work through various agencies
but mostly deal directly with villa owners, so we
have no direct 'control' over any villas, but we do build long relationships and will liaise
in case of any problems. We will fight in your corner as long as
you are right. If you are not, we will explain why.
We do not have glossy printed brochures, and will not,
is all on the internet, that way it costs us all less.

Check in time is usually around 12 noon.
Check out time is usually around 10 am. We will let you know exactly in your confirmation.
When making a reservation, if you arrive in the early hours
of the morning (i.e. before 12 noon), you should add a
night to your rental period. Equally, your departure flight
may leave late in the day or early the next morning. In
which case, if you need use of the property until then (i.e.
after 10am), you should add another night to your rental
period. Extra nights prices are published next to the weekly
ones. Flexibility depends on owners, tell us your plans and we will try to help out..
This is the small print.
Get an Authorization
Upon receipt of your completed and signed
fax authorization forms we will reserve your property for
the requested dates and send you a voucher by e-mail. We
will hold those dates for you as long as they are
still available, pending payment for a period of 48 hours
maximum. There is no guarantee that you will get the villa
until you have the confirmation voucher.
For villas and apartments. We
need 2 (3 if there is a security bond on the villa) credit card authorization forms filled in by you and
returned to 00357 24 627489
These must normally have (exceptions do occur)
a) A deposit on one slip .
b) The balance amount for the villa + 20% on the other .
This is not our doing and does not go to us - normally we
will not use this slip)* PLEASE NOTE -
CASH ON ARRIVAL-WE DO NOT DEBIT YOUR CARD WITH THIS AMOUNT
UNLESS YOU DO NOT SHOW UP OR LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING.
For example...... If the villa is C£500
a) will be for

20% = C£480
(Good lads and lasses, we
know you are reading this as many of you send in a booking slip
before finding out the actual percentage....(:o)) PLEASE ASK US
FIRST as it is different for each villa)
We will test the credit card number using the deposit payment, but
will not cash the balance, unless you do not show up.
*You will then
pay the villa
manager the balance of your account on arrival
and your authorization
will be voided
*If you do not show up, or default, the money will be deducted from your
account in full + the 20%, so let us know please if you are cancelling..
If you have to cancel for any reason,
let us know
as soon as possible. Your money will only be returned
if we sell your slot again. By letting us know ASAP we stand a
better chance of doing this. Please note there is a 20%
administration charge on all refunds.
We do not overbook. It is advisable to take out
holiday insurance if booking any holiday, just in case you can't make it. Please
Ask your bank or insurance broker for details or
here for an online quote , or if you are in the UK or Ireland
try this one.
Please note that
some of the villas or apartments on this site are available on a
timeshare basis. Usually as a one off with the option for the next
year and you may be asked to sign an agreement with your booking
form. This is to satisfy local legislation and will make no
difference to your life.
We can now offer travel and holiday
insurance and we strongly recommend that you take this out either
independently or by using the link
here. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance if
booking any holiday, just in case you can't make it. Please Ask

If you require additional equipment in your flat or
villa, e.g. extra beds, baby cot etc, please let us know in advance of
arrival or we cannot guarantee availability.
Cruises must be paid for on booking, (unless otherwise arranged) via
credit card fax. The 5% surcharge does not apply to cruise bookings as
the transaction is processed by the cruise lines.
We can arrange transfers to and from your accommodation if
required and also for cruises to Egypt and Israel.
This costs extra.
Car rental to be paid on arrival by credit card or cash. (Although a
credit card will need to be presented) If you wish
to book a car, please do so early to avoid disappointment (especially
in high season i.e. July-August-September-October)
We do not sell or make
available any information we have about you on file. Any fax documents
are shredded after a period of filing time. We also do not send out
mailing lists unless you specifically request it.
