GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	Two new 2 storey villas on a residential villa development in the popular Ayia Thekla area, each consisting of 2 bedrooms with a private swimming pool not far from the beach. The villas are each on a plot of 400sq.m. with the houses themselves each having an area of 95 sq.m of covered area.
SLEEPS:4/6 each	There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. Both have ample storage with built in wardrobes. There are full length patio doors leading to the veranda overlooking the swimming pool. Two people may also be accommodated on the double sofa bed settee in the living room. There is air-conditioning in all the rooms including the bedrooms. Each villa has a bathroom and a guest W.C.
FACILITIES:	The kitchen is fully equipped for catering for up to 6 people with a kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, grill hob and microwave oven. There is a washing machine which may be used by residents. The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and is surrounded by a patio area, equipped with sun loungers and shower for pre and after pool dipping. There is also a BBQ area with BBQ.
WALKING DISTANCES	5 mins to the Beach. 2 m drive to the Waterpark at Ayia Napa. Bus ride to Town Centre.
