Agrotourism project in a Cyprus Village

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	A traditional and substantial house in the village of Kalavassos. It is set around a shared courtyard, The house can be rented as a whole as a 4 bedroom house, or as separate apartments consisting of 2 one bedroom flats and a 2 bedroom house.The furniture and decor is basic but clean. There is swimming at governors beach, horse riding, fishing, cycling and walking the nearby nature trials.
SLEEPS: max 14. 2 bed = 6 with extra 1 bed = 4 with extra	Each bedroom has twin beds. The 1 bedroom apartments each have showers and the 2 bedroom has a full bath with shower. A baby cot is available. All the bedrooms have optional air conditioning.
FACILITIES:	The 2 bedroom House On the ground floor is the living room, bathroom and Kitchen. Two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each on the top floor as well as an additional WC. There is a balcony facing the courtyard and external stairs as well as internal. There is a sofa bed in the living room and the house can sleep up to 6 persons. There is a baby cot available also. One bedroom flats Each has two single beds and a double sofa bed. They are identical except that the one on the top floor has a large balcony with a view of the hills, the ground floor has full access to the large back yard. They have separate kitchens with a fridge and two burner gas hob.
WALKING DISTANCES	too far to the Beach. 5 mins Drive instead. 100m to Bars and Restaurants and Shops. 20 mins drive Limassol There are numerous archeological sites in the area, The main ones are: Pro Ceramic Neolithic site of 'Tenta' [7000 - 6000 BC] Neolithic site 'Kalavassos A' at 'Kotchinoyia' [4500 - 3800 BC] Bronze age site at i) 'Agious', ii) Kalavassos B at 'Pamboules' Bronze age site at 'Agios Demetrios' [2000 - 1650 BC]
