FACILITIES:	All kitchens are fully equipped and include a washing machine, large cooker with oven, big refrigerator and all the necessary kitchen utensils you may require. All apartments have both air-conditioning and winter heating. Satellite television is also available.
WALKING DISTANCES:	100m to shops and restaurants. 50m to the nearest beach.

Extras	A baby cot is available at £1.00 extra per day. Extra beds are £3.00 extra per day. Full cleaning service is offered once a week, together with a change of linen. For long term rentals please note that the minimum stay is two months, and this is only for the winter months from Nov-March. An extra C£25.00 per month will be charged for common expenses and electricity use will be charged as extra.
