fantastic location right in the heart of Protaras and right on the beach. This villa has its own, private, landscaped garden reaching right down to the pretty little bay in front of it.
It therefore has completely unobstructed sea views. Very close to many facilities and situated

bed, 1 with twin double beds and 1 with bunk beds. All the bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, 1 of which

villa was designed with luxury in mind. Situated on 5 levels, it has a huge basement with a sauna for 4 people, a snooker table and fitness machines.
Luxuriously furnished fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer,
oven/hob and coffee machine.
The dining room and sitting room have leather sofas and a hi-fi
system and next to it is a bathroom. These rooms offer spectacular sea
views. There is also a veranda with outdoor furniture. Garage with parking space for 2
cars. Air-conditioning throughout. Centrally heated in wintertime.
