GENERAL DESCRIPTION:	Traditional stone built villa set at the top of the village with panoramic views across the village and valley. The house has two staircases - one internal spiral staircase and one external staircase both leading from ground floor to first floor. The house is situated about 25 minutes drive from Larnaka, 15 minutes drive from the local beach, 25 minutes drive from Governors Beach, and 10 minutes drive from the famous lace-making village of Lefkara.
SLEEPS: Max 6	The house consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is a bed/settee for two persons in the living room.
FACILITIES:	- Ground Floor: Large kitchen fully equipped for self catering with table and chairs, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron, ironing board, ceiling fan. Separate dining room, seating for 6 people, ceiling fan Living room has television, video recorder, DVD + selection of films. Hot and cold air conditioning unit. - First Floor: Upper Hall has WC and wash hand basin. Ceiling fan. Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning. Shower in bedroom. Bedroom 2 Twin bedded room with ceiling fan and hot/cold air conditioning. Shower in bedroom. Bathroom Off Bedroom 1. Door leading to outside balcony. - Garden: Mature fruit trees, patio, outside dining table and chairs for 6 people. Barbecue area with gas barbecue. - Car parking: Space for one car.
WALKING DISTANCES	Village has a coffee shop with small grocery shop attached and two restaurants - one restaurant two minutes walk from Villa. There is also a large village supermarket. 15 minutes drive from local beach, 25 minutes drive from Governors Beach
